Do you offer refunds?
Fees are refundable only if the account has been active for less than 120 minutes. After that, all fees are final.
Updated October 11, 2026
Ftytrade offers a short refund window on account purchases.
The refund rule
- A fee is refundable only if the account has been active for less than 120 minutes.
- Once an account has been active for more than 120 minutes, all fees are final and non-refundable.
What counts as “active”
The 120 minutes start when your account is activated and your credentials are available — the moment you can begin trading.
What is not refundable
- Accounts active for more than 120 minutes.
- Reset fees.
- Activation fees once the Funded account has been created.
- Any account that has already been traded beyond the window.
Why the window is short
Because accounts are created and provisioned instantly on real-time market data, the refund window covers accidental or duplicate purchases, not trading results.
How to request a refund
If you are within the 120-minute window and have not traded, contact our support team from your dashboard with your account number. They will process the refund to your original payment method.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback instead of contacting support can lead to your account being suspended. Always reach out to support first — they will help you.
