Things to keep in mind

  • Max contracts apply to your total open position across all instruments: 2 / 4 / 8 / 10 minis (20 / 40 / 80 / 100 micros) for $25K / $50K / $100K / $150K. One mini counts as 10 micros.
  • Different contracts carry different risk. A single NQ contract moves far more per point than an MES contract. Check the tick value before sizing a position.
  • Trading hours follow each product’s CME session. Most trade almost 23 hours a day from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon (ET).
  • Not available: products from other exchanges (such as Eurex or ICE), options on futures, stocks, forex spot and CFDs.
