Why was my payment declined?
Usually your bank blocked the transaction. Try another card, Klarna, PayPal or crypto, or ask your bank to authorise the payment.

A declined payment almost always comes from the bank or card issuer, not from Ftytrade.
Most common reasons
- Your bank blocked the transaction as a security precaution (common with international or online payments).
- The card details, expiry date or security code were entered incorrectly.
- Insufficient funds or a card limit was reached.
- The card does not allow online or international purchases.
What to do
- Check your card details and try again.
- Ask your bank to authorise the payment — often a single approval is all it takes.
- Try a different method: another card, Klarna (pay in 3), PayPal or crypto.
Good to know
- You were not charged for a declined payment. If you see a pending hold, it is released by your bank automatically.
- Repeated attempts in a short time can make the bank block further tries — wait a few minutes before retrying.
- Challenge Rapid subscriptions can only be paid by card or PayPal; the other methods are for one-time purchases.
