Why was my payout rejected?

The most common reasons are a rule breach found during review, a balance below the Safety Net, an unmet Consistency rule, or a payout method that does not match your verified identity.

Every payout is reviewed before it is approved. If something does not check out, it is rejected and you receive an email with the exact reason.

The most common reasons

  • Balance below the Safety Net (on the first payout).
  • The Consistency rule is not met — your best day is above the limit of your total results.
  • A rule breach was detected during the review.
  • KYC not completed, or the payout destination does not match your verified identity.
  • On Fty Direct, the first payouts require withdrawing the full available amount.
  • You have already used your 2 payouts for the month, or the 5-day gap on a Funded account has not passed.

What to do

  1. Read the rejection email — it names the exact reason.
  2. Fix what it points to: complete KYC, let your balance grow, keep trading to improve consistency, or wait until you are eligible again.
  3. Request the payout again from Dashboard › Payouts.

It does not close your account

A rejected payout is not a breach. Your account stays open and your balance is unchanged — you simply request again once the condition is met.
