Where to find your invoices

• In your dashboard, under Billing, next to each payment.
• By email: a receipt is sent to you after each purchase.

What the invoice shows

• The account or item you purchased.
• The amount paid and the payment method.
• The date of payment.
• Ftytrade’s legal entity and registered address.

Which payments generate an invoice

• Account purchases (Challenge Rapid, Challenge Steady, Fty Direct).
• Activation fees.
• Reset fees.
• Challenge Rapid monthly subscription charges.
