Do Funded accounts have a profit target?
No. Funded accounts have no profit target. Your only goal is to trade within the rules and build the Safety Net to unlock payouts.

No. A profit target only exists during a challenge. Once you are funded, there is nothing you need to “reach” to keep the account.
What replaces the target
Instead of a target, a Funded account has a Safety Net — a 3% profit buffer you build before your first payout. It is not a pass/fail condition: it simply unlocks your ability to withdraw. After the Safety Net, you can request payouts whenever you qualify.
What you still have to respect
- Max Drawdown 3% (end of day) — the only rule that closes the account.
- Daily Loss Limit 1.5% (soft).
- Consistency rule 40% when you request a payout.
- No positions held over the weekend.
What this means for how you trade
- There is no pressure to hit a number by a deadline — there is no deadline.
- You can withdraw regularly and keep the account running indefinitely.
- You decide your own pace: trade actively or take breaks; the account stays open as long as the rules are respected.
Fty Direct
Fty Direct also has no profit target. It works the same way: build the 4.5% Safety Net, then request payouts.
