The Safety Net is the amount of profit you need to build on a live account before you can request your first payout. It confirms the account is genuinely in profit and protects both you and the firm.
Safety Net by account type
- Funded account (FTY-LIVE): 3% of the account size.
- Fty Direct: 4.5% of the account size.
How it works
- On a $100K Funded account, the 3% Safety Net is $3,000. Once your balance is above $103,000, you can request a payout.
- On a $100K Fty Direct account, the 4.5% Safety Net is $4,500. Once your balance is above $104,500, you can request a payout.
- It applies only to your first payout. After that, you can request payouts whenever you qualify, up to 2 per month.
Why it exists
- It makes sure a payout reflects real, sustained profit rather than a single spike.
- It gives your account a cushion above the drawdown level before money is withdrawn.
Where to see it
Your dashboard shows your Safety Net progress, so you always know how much more profit you need before your first payout unlocks.
