Which payment methods do you accept?Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more), Klarna (pay in 3), PayPal and crypto. Challenge Rapid subscriptions are paid by card or PayPal.Can I pay with crypto?Yes, for Challenge Steady and Fty Direct. The payment is confirmed automatically once the network confirms the transaction.How does the Challenge Rapid monthly subscription work?You pay $29 a month while you trade the challenge. It pauses when you pass or lose the account and is cancelled when you activate your Funded account.What happens to my subscription if I pass or fail?Your Challenge Rapid subscription pauses automatically in both cases. A reset resumes it on its original billing date; activating your Funded account cancels it.Are Challenge Steady and Fty Direct one-time payments?Yes. Both are paid once, with no subscription and no monthly fees. You pay at checkout and nothing is charged again.What is the activation fee?A one-time fee that unlocks your Funded account when you pass Challenge Rapid: $99 ($25K), $149 ($50K), $199 ($100K), $269 ($150K). Included on Challenge Steady.How much does a reset cost?A reset is cheaper than a new account: $25 on Challenge Rapid, and $75–$220 on Challenge Steady depending on the size. The price may change up or down.Do you offer refunds?Fees are refundable only if the account has been active for less than 120 minutes. After that, all fees are final.Can I use a discount code?Yes. Enter your code at checkout and the discount is applied before payment. Affiliate codes work the same way and support the creator who referred you.Will I receive an invoice?Yes. Every payment generates an invoice you can download from your dashboard, and a receipt is emailed to you after each purchase.Why was my payment declined?Usually your bank blocked the transaction. Try another card, Klarna, PayPal or crypto, or ask your bank to authorise the payment.Can I upgrade my account size?Accounts cannot be changed once created. To trade a larger size, buy a new account in the size you want — you can hold several at once.
