Do you offer two-factor authentication?
Yes. Enable 2FA in Settings with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or any authenticator app. Save your backup code in case you lose access.

Yes. Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security to your account, so a password alone is not enough to log in.
Which apps you can use
- Google Authenticator
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Any standard authenticator app
How to turn it on
- Go to Settings › 2FA.
- Click Start / Activate.
- In your authenticator app, scan the QR code — or enter the number shown in your dashboard manually.
- The app generates a 6-digit code that changes every 30 seconds.
- Enter that code to confirm, and 2FA is active.
From then on
Each time you log in, you enter your password and the current code from your authenticator app.
Important: save your backup code
During setup you are given a backup/recovery code. Save it somewhere safe and offline. If you ever lose access to your authenticator app (for example, a lost or reset phone), that code is how you get back into your account.
If you lose your 2FA and your backup code
Contact our support team. They will verify your identity before helping you restore access, so keep your backup code safe to avoid delays.
