How long does KYC take?

Verification is fast and automatic. Our AI technology checks your document and selfie, and most verifications are completed in about 2–3 minutes.

Before you start: check your name matches

Your first and last name in your dashboard must be exactly the same as on your verification document. If they do not match, the verification will fail.

• You cannot change your name and surname yourself.
• If your name or surname is wrong, open a support ticket (not the chat agent) to have it corrected.
• Do this before you start your KYC verification.

How it works

1. You submit your document and selfie from Settings › KYC.
2. Our AI technology checks them automatically.
3. In most cases you are approved within 2–3 minutes.

If it needs a closer look

Occasionally a verification needs a manual review (for example, a blurry photo or a detail that needs checking). This is completed shortly after and you are notified in your dashboard.

If it fails

• Make sure your document is clear and your dashboard name matches it exactly.
• Retry from Settings › KYC.
• If the issue is your name or surname, open a support ticket to fix it first.
