Why did I get a "new login detected" email?
We send it whenever your account is accessed from a new browser, device or system. If it was you, no action is needed. If not, change your password immediately.

A “new login detected” email is a security notice. We send it whenever your account is accessed from a browser, device or operating system we have not seen on your account before.
If it was you
No action is needed. This happens normally when you:
- Log in from a new phone or computer.
- Use a different browser than usual.
- Connect through a VPS or a new network.
If it was not you
Act right away:
- Change your password from Settings › Profile.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if you have not already.
- Contact our support team so they can help secure your account.
What the email includes
- The date and time of the login.
- The browser and operating system.
- The approximate location and IP address.
Use these details to recognise whether the login was yours.
Keeping your account safe
- Use a strong, unique password.
- Turn on 2FA.
- Never share your login details — shared or managed accounts are closed.
