How do I close my account?
Open a support ticket from your dashboard to request account closure. Pending payouts are processed first, and your data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

You can close your Ftytrade account whenever you want. It is done through a support ticket so we can confirm the request is really you.
How to close your account
- Go to Dashboard › Help and open a support ticket.
- Ask to close your account.
- Our team will confirm your identity and process the closure.
Before you close
- Request any pending payouts first — approved payouts are processed before the account is closed.
- Download any invoices or certificates you want to keep; you lose access to the dashboard once the account is closed.
- Cancel any active Challenge Rapid subscription so there are no further charges (closing the account also ends billing).
Your data
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Some records may be kept where required by law (for example, payment and compliance records), but your account access ends.
Changed your mind?
If you only want to stop marketing emails, you do not need to close your account — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or ask support. If you just want a break, you can simply stop trading; there is no inactivity penalty.
