After you buy an account, your trading credentials are created automatically. You do not have to request them.
Where to find them
- By email: sent within minutes of your purchase.
- In your dashboard: Dashboard › Accounts, open the account, then Credentials — always available there.
What the credentials include
- Login and Password — used to connect your platform.
- Server and Platform details — the connection settings for your platform.
In your dashboard, only the Login and Password are copyable; the Server and Platform are shown for reference.
Before you use them: log in to R|Trader first
The first time, log in to R|Trader (web) with these credentials to accept the market data agreements and select Non-Professional status. After that, use the same credentials in your chosen platform (TradingThings, Quantower or MotiveWave).
Keep them private
- Your credentials are personal. Do not share them — shared or managed accounts are closed.
- If you think your credentials have been exposed, contact our support team from your dashboard.
Lost or not received?
- Check your email spam folder.
- Open Dashboard › Accounts › Credentials — they are always there.
- If you still cannot find them, contact our support team.
