Is market data real-time?
Yes. All accounts run on real-time CME market data through Rithmic. This is Level 1 data; Level 2 depth-of-market data is not included — contact support for it.

Yes. Every Ftytrade account trades on real-time market data. There is no delay and no simulated price feed.
Where the data comes from
- Real-time data from CME Group exchanges (CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX).
- Delivered through Rithmic, a professional market data and trading infrastructure provider.
- The same live prices, spreads and volatility that professional futures traders see.
Level 1 vs Level 2
- Your account includes real-time Level 1 data: live last price, bid and ask.
- Level 2 data (depth of market — the full order book with multiple price levels) is not included by default.
- If you need Level 2 depth-of-market data, contact our support team and they will help you set it up.
What this means for you
- Your fills happen at live market prices (in a simulated account).
- Your charts and prices update in real time.
- News moves, volatility and liquidity are exactly as they happen in the market.
Non-Professional status
To receive market data, you log in to R|Trader once and select Non-Professional status. This keeps your data access at the correct rate. Always choose Non-Professional.
If your data looks frozen or delayed
- Check your internet connection.
- Make sure you logged in to R|Trader and accepted the market data agreements.
- Restart your platform and reconnect.
- If it continues, contact our support team from your dashboard.
