Which trading platforms can I use?
TradingThings (TradingView charts), Quantower and MotiveWave, all connected through Rithmic. Tradesea is coming soon. You choose your platform at checkout.
Is market data real-time?
Yes. All accounts run on real-time CME market data through Rithmic. This is Level 1 data; Level 2 depth-of-market data is not included — contact support for it.
How do I get my trading credentials?

What is R|Trader and why do I have to log in there first?
R|Trader is Rithmic’s web platform. You log in there once to accept the market data agreements and choose Non-Professional status before using any other platform.
What does Non-Professional status mean?
It confirms you trade as an individual, not for a company. Can I use a VPS?
Yes. You can trade from a VPS as long as you are the only person using the account. A VPS can improve connection speed and stability.
Is copy trading or automated trading allowed?
Automated trading with your platform’s own tools and indicators is allowed. Copying another trader’s positions or trades automatically into your account is not.
Can I trade from my phone?
Yes. Your Ftytrade dashboard works on any device, and several supported platforms offer mobile access so you can trade and manage your account on the go.
What are the trading hours?
CME futures trade almost 23 hours a day, from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon (ET), with a short daily maintenance break. Your dashboard shows the live session clock.
What should I do if I can't connect to the platform?
Check you logged in to R|Trader first, that your credentials are copied exactly and the market is open. If it still fails, chat with Fito or open a ticket.
