How do I verify my identity (KYC)?
Go to Settings, select KYC and click Start verification. Upload a valid ID and take a quick selfie. It takes about 2–3 minutes.
How long does KYC take?
Verification is automatic, powered by our AI technology, and usually takes 2–3 minutes. Important: your dashboard name must match your ID before you start.
How do I change my email or password?
You can change your password yourself in Settings. To change your email, contact support and tell them why — it cannot be changed on your own. Content:
Do you offer two-factor authentication?
Yes. Enable 2FA in Settings with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or any authenticator app. Save your backup code in case you lose access.
Why did I get a "new login detected" email?
We send it whenever your account is accessed from a new browser, device or system. If it was you, no action is needed. If not, change your password immediately.
Can I share my account with someone else?
No. Every account must be traded only by its verified owner. Sharing, selling or letting someone else trade your account leads to it being closed.
How do I contact support?
Ftytrade has fast, multi-channel support: Fito (our AI agent) on the website and dashboard, support tickets, Discord and the Help Center. Email works but is the slowest.
How do I close my account?
Open a support ticket from your dashboard to request account closure. Pending payouts are processed first, and your data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
